Less is more... no gimmicks, no calculations, no confusion. Making small changes to our daily routines have a lot to do with the choices you make when it comes to what you put IN and ON your body. When you know better, you can choose to do better! Let's ADD THE GOOD!
As your coach, your teacher... your #wellnesswingwoman, I am here to help motivate you to move towards your goals and keep you accountable along the way with access to our coaching app. You will learn to make GOOD choices while keeping the process SIMPLE (life is crazy enough!).
Upon our first meeting, we will have a client centered conversation that will help us start to build your story, allowing US... you and me (your wingwoman) to create a sustainable plan to help you meet your overall wellness goals. Over the course of our working together, you will learn that what we put IN our bodies, what we put ON our bodies, and our mindset, all play significant roles in our overall wellness. We will start with where you are, with what you have, to create a plan of action.
Taking care of YOU should not be complicated nor stressful. Having a coach by your side, keeping you accountable, will create wellness habits that will be with you for the long run!
